How Our Services Work:​​

We believe in transparent pricing to ensure you fully understand the costs involved in your case. Our fees include an initial consultation with an attorney or legal specialist to review your situation.

Step One: Schedule a Consultation

We will arrange a consultation with one of our experienced attorneys or legal specialists. A consultation fee of $150 is required. If we decide to move forward with your case after the consultation, this fee will be credited toward your total case cost, meaning it is not an additional charge.

Step Two:

After the consultation, we will go over the pricing breakdown with you and assist you in selecting a payment plan and you will be assigned a Wynn Legal Group case number, which you can use to contact us for updates or to provide additional information.
Once everything is agreed upon, a 30% upfront payment of the total case fee is required. The remaining balance can be paid through a payment plan, or ​if there are available grants or funds, we will help you apply based on your income.

Step Three:

Once your case has started, we will keep you informed of any updates or requests. You will also have the option to enroll in one of our plans, allowing for direct communication with us as needed. Please remember that joining an additional plan is optional and entirely your decision, with no pressure.
